Innovative Chemistries Bone Degreaser is a pro-grade skull and bone soak powder designed for the second step in the taxidermy preparation process. After maceration, bones can hold trapped grease and oils that may interfere with a clean final finish. This hot-water activated powder helps lift grease from skulls, jaw bones, vertebrae, and cleaned bone specimens before whitening.

Each 50 g packet mixes with 3 to 5 gallons of hot water to create a soaking solution for taxidermy skull and bone prep. Use after maceration and before whitening. Simply mix, soak, rinse thoroughly, and repeat if heavy grease remains.
